- At TilesWholesaler.com, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use information we collect from you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to outside parties.
- Ordering & Samples
- We accept checks, debit cards and credit cards. A $30 fee may be assessed for returned checks. All returns will be refunded by check within 3-5 weeks; purchases by credit or debit card will not be credited back to the credit or debit card used for the purchase (restocking and freight fees may apply).
- FREE Samples. We don't charge for the tiles that you order as samples. We only charge a REFUNDABLE $10 UPS fee depending on the weight of the package. You will receive a full credit of the shipping cost on your order. Just call us to order your samples today.
- All sample shipment charges are for single samples only. If you order more than 2 samples of the same item, there will be packing charges assessed., We are not responsible for damaged tiles via shipping companies.

- We want you to be 100% satisfied
with every item that you purchase with TilesWholesaler.com. If you are not
satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within
30-day of delivery for exchange or a refund of the purchase price, minus the
shipping, handling or other additional charges.
Reason for return must be a manufacturing condition such as poor calibration and/or sizing. TilesWholesaler.com does not accept any responsibility after the material is installed. Any returns other than manufacturing problems a 20% restocking fee will apply. - Prices are F.O.B. our warehouses.
TilesWholesaler.com is not responsible for damage occurring in shipping. All
claims must be made in writing to the carrier with a copy to TilesWholesaler.com
within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. It is your responsibility to make
unloading arrangements with the carrier and we are not responsible for any
damages due to detention charges.
The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all the paperwork.
